At ADAN Impact, our vision is to enable organisations to develop diverse and empower Black People of Colour (BPoC) to achieve their goals for the sustainable growth of both parties.

With ADAN Impact, we pursue the mission to make organisations and strategies more diverse and to unleash potential in the BPoC community, which is a fundamental building block for sustainable growth in an ever-sharper economic environment.
HOW IT STARTED
ADAN e.V.: Empowering the BPoC* community
In 2014, an initiative of young ambitious students with African roots founded the ADAN e.V. in Frankfurt am Main. Their goal: To promote and make diversity in German society more visible.
The members of ADAN e.V. took it upon themselves to create a platform that invites people with African heritage and allies to connect, exchange ideas and advance their careers. Today, ADAN e.V. has grown into an international organisation with over 500 members across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Through first projects with corporations, the members of ADAN e.V. successfully advanced businesses while simultaneously empowering their community.
ADAN Impact GmbH: Enabling the BPoC* Community
We believe that enabling BPoC* potential is mutually beneficial for companies and our community. That is why we founded the ADAN Impact GmbH as a for-profit arm of ADAN e.V. to make our years of experience available to more organizations and our own community. The ADAN Impact GmbH transfers a part of its revenue to ADAN e.V. to fund the community work.
